Yes, they do come under the 3B category.

Category-3B

  • There is a reservation of 5%  for communities under this category.
  • Christians, Jains, and Digambar with other communities are included.
  • The population of religious minorities is 16.28% of the entire population of the state. Muslims, Christians, Jains, Sikhs, Buddhists, and Parsis in Karnataka are regarded as religious Minorities.
