Does class 10 Marks matter in doctor's career like b.tech for placement?
Greetings!
CBSE Class 10 Results become nothing more than a birth certificate in later stages of your academic and professional career. But there have also been instances that, candidates have been denied placements in top companies as they could not qualify for the minimum eligibility criteria which included class 10 th marks. As far as CBSE 10 th Results are concerned, they are generally looked at from three perspectives i.e., choosing future academic stream, the impact of 10 th class result on future job prospects and finally the social status and mentality which is attached to it. In job, 10 th Result mark sheet is reduced to merely a birth certificate. None of the other important academic admissions or even entrance tests considers class 10 marks as a qualifying or important part of the equation. This has made many say that CBSE 10 th Results are just a stepping stone in one’s career and once passed that stage, it doesn’t hold any importance.
I hope this was helpful. Thank you!
Hey!
Now, most of the companies are not considering 10th or 12th board marks too much. The CGPA or percentage you got in your college years is the one which matters. Many companies will not even go through the stuff even. It does not matter if you have repeated a year. The very important things which are considered during campus placements are your skills, your final project and your experience in the decision making.
Thank you.
