Hello,
IEM Kolkata - Institute of Engineering and Management has a dress code and yes it is mandatory to wear the college uniform. There are many colleges under WBJEE with dress code and many without dress code. Depending on the college you can either wear the uniform or not. It all depends on the college. Here is the list of colleges accepting WBJEE scores for admissions.
