Hi Abhishek,
Thanks for asking, Yes sometimes the CLAT had asked legal maxims and legal vocabulary in the legal knowledge section. But it is not fixed, it can be changed from time to time. English abbreviations are not important but you need to make a note of legal maxims and legal terms.
