There is no free seat offered by COMEDK as such.

If some colleges offers scholarships and you fulfill their criteria you will be eligible for fees concession.

No Comedk doesn't provide free seat in their colleges like RVCE,PESIT,BMSCE,..etc.You have to score marks under cutoff to get admission with their normal fees.
