Hello Aspirant,
Now as we know that NEET 2020 is going to be conducted amid COVID-19 and it is scheduled for September 13th and there are number of rumors spreading around more that the virus so be aware of that. There is no any compulsion or mandatory to have a COVID-19 test before appearing for exam because NTA has issued the guidelines and there is no any guideline for the COVID-19 test but yes if you have been tested positive than you are and you are currently infected then you will not be allowed to appear for the exam.
Note that there is a self declaration form which you have to fill in the front of invigilator, that form signifies that you have no any symptoms of COVID-19 and you are following all the guidelines decided by the Government for COVID-19 pandemic.
