Computer Science engineers have to study a little bit of electronics along with hardware parts. Software engineer requires understanding of Boolean Logic, circuit design, ICs, power signals etc, and also practical knowledge in these fields. You'll have some topics related to hardware like Microprocessors, Microcontrollers etc. But most of the subjects are software related like Data Structure, DBMS, Networks, Operating System etc.

Hey there

No not much unless and until you want to learn hardware things. Most of the subjects are like java, web development, HTML etc. CSE is basically engineering of software less hardware though you'll be taught the hardware of computer like from inside the motherboard, processor etc.

Good luck
