Yes, Central University of Haryana and Karnataka offers BTech through CUCET , as you rightly said it has been mentioned in the information bulletin of CUCET, NTA is the conducting authority regarding this, application form is already released on 16th August, and the last date to fill the application form is 1st September, this year a total of 12 central universities are participating in CUCET, entrance test will be held in online mode in two sessions with a total of 152 exam centres being allotted,
Central University of Haryan offers BTech in computer science/civil/electrical engineering and printing & packaging technology, the eligibility criteria for BTech is passed 10+2 from a recognized board securing 45% aggregate having mathematics and physics as compulsory subjects along with any one amongst chemistry/biology/biotechnology/electronics/computer science, and passed English as a subject in the qualifying examination.
Central University of Karnataka offers BTech in Electrical Engineering, and BSc in Electronics and Communication Engineering for which the eligibility criteria is passed 10+2 from a recognized board securing 50% aggregate having maths and physics as compulsory subjects, there is relaxation of 5% for reserved categories, 50% of seat intake will be filled through CUCET scores, and rest of 50% seat will be filled through JEE Mains for candidates who are eligible for JEE Advanced,
