Let me tell you first that DU is one of the tops Central universities in India. It offers programs like UG, PG, Ph.D. for the students. It is also known for the legacy and the heritage it is giving and also for the budding ground for the future thinkers, pacemakers. There are around 77 affiliated colleges under DU.
Procedure for the admission after 12th-:
As you have asked about the BSc Computer Science programming in DU, Let me tell you that, after your 12th if you want to take admission in DU then you have to register online by logging into admission portal available at the official DU website(i will give the link at the end). After successful registration, you can choose the desired course and submit the required fees. And then after the screening process of the application, merit cum cutoff list will be released by the university authority and if you get shortlisted, you can report to the respective college with the marks sheet & other necessary documents.
Eligibility criteria to apply-:
You should have minimum 45% marks in Physics, Chemistry or Computer Science, Mathematics and along with it 40% marks in any one compulsory language OR should have passed in the English language

The fee structure for the applications:
UR and OBC category have to pay 150/- for the application while SC ST and PwD category have to pay 75/-.
Again sports quota and ECA quota both have to pay an amount of 100/-.
Procedure to apply online-:
As a first time user, you have to go to the New Applicant Sign Up to create a new user account by clicking on the New Registration link.
In the Create New Account page, you have to fill in all the required details.
You have to verify your mail-id and Password and it will be used for the admission purposes.
Finally, you have to click on the Register button to create a new user account.
A confirmation will be sent to your registered email account or mobile number after creating the registration account.
Once registered, you have to go to the UG/PG/Ph.D. admission portal to complete the online registration form.
Under the Registered Applicant Sign In tab, you have to enter registered email-id as username and the password.
Upon logging in, you must complete the registration form divided among the following nine sections:
1.Personal Details, Bank Details
2.Academic Details
3.Merit-Based Course Selection
4.Entrance Based Course Selection
5. Sports (in this section, you can select Yes for consideration of admission through Sports Quota.

6.ECA (n this section, you can select Yes for consideration of admission through ECA Quota.)
7.Uploads (Passport size photograph, Signature, Class X certificate or mark sheet, Self-attested Class 12th mark sheet, Self-attested certificates)
8.Preview ( In this section, you can preview the completed application.)
9.Payment Section ( In this section, you can proceed to the online registration payment)
