Does Delhi University give extra percentage or any other benifits to the sports person. I played at Juniour men national level [Boxing]?

Hi,
The quota is alloted on the basis of your trial as well as level of achievement in history. Since you have national level achievement, it will act as an advantage to you.
- Sports quota is there in DU. You will get relaxation in Du with this quota. For boxing, following colleges offer sports quota to men:-
- Daulat Ram College
- Sri Aurobindo College
- Deshbandhu College
- Kirori Mal College

but now i have an injury in my wrist so i did not want to play more , i had score 90.7% marks in best four subjects of12 th standard . I just want to know that there are some colleges in haryana who give 3% to theplayers if they are not willing to play more in the future.

Actually trials are conducted during admission and you are given relaxation on the basis of performance there.
kya koe or tarika hai jis se mujhe kuch alag benifits mil skte hain. i had a lot of certificates of sports+character+many other.

Since you can't play anymore they won't give you sports quota. But if you have many extra curricular certificates so you may apply in ECA category. I . following.activities certificates are considered:-
Dance (Indian Classical/ Western/ Indian Folk/ Choreography)
NCC
Music Vocal (Indian Classical/ Western Classical/ Indian Light & Folk/ Western Light)
Quiz
Creative Writing (English & Hindi)
Digital Media (Still Photography/ Animation/ Film Making)
Music Instrumental (Indian/ Western)
Fine Arts (Sketching & Painting/ Sculpture)
Theatre
Debate (English & Hindi)
NSS
But there are trials for ECA too!!
