You need to appear for the GATE and secure really good marks/rank to get into the DTU. There are around 25 seats in each branch.... 9 are for Gate rankholders general category…

.9 for gate qualified resrved category…

And rest are for sponsored and partime category.

DTU M.tech 2019 admission will conduct on the basis of GATE scores of the candidates. In order to apply for admission to DTU M.Tech 2019 candidates will have to fulfil the prescribed eligibility criteria. DTU M.Tech admission 2019 will be on the basis of merit list prepared by normalizing GATE score. Shortlisted candidates will be called for counselling process of DTU M.Tech 2019. During DTU M.Tech 2019 counselling documents will be verified, shortlisted candidates will be called for written test or interview and seat will be allotted to them based on merit, rank and interview/written test  performance.
