DU is mainly for Science, Commerce and Arts courses like BSc, MSc, BCom, Economics, BA etc whereas DTU has professional courses like Btech, Mtech, PhD, MBA etc.

Its DTU called Delhi technological University in which students get admission in b.tech on basis of jee mains.Dtu reserved 85%seats for Delhians and 15% seats for all India students.

So firts thing is its DTU for btech, and for  btech in DTU you need to give JEE mains which require MATHS as subject in 11th -12th So only PCB student cant give JEE mains and DU cant offer btech without JEE score.
