Dear Yogesh,
It is recommended that you should always choose the course as per your skills and Interest. Before choosing any branch you should think first which type of career you want to build in future.
For EEE students there are wide scope in both sectors i.e private as well as government but its important to have clear technical knowledge of your subjects along with good communication skills.
The are lots of reputed organizations where you can apply such as;
Indian Railways,
ISRO,
Indian Oil Corporation
Defense Services
Indian Oil Corporation
National Thermal Power Corporation, (NTPC) etc.
Prefer a good college to complete your course to get good teaching and placements.
