No, the marks scored in English subject in 10+2 level is not considered to calculate the minimum percentage. To be eligible for NEET UG you must have passed 10+2 with Biology/Bio-Technology, Physics, Chemistry and English from a recognized board. If you belong to general category you must have scored minimum 50% aggregate marks in Biology/Bio-technology, Physics and Chemistry taken together including practical and theory exam, if your category is SC/ST/OBC then you need to score minimum 40% aggregate marks in Biology/Bio-technology, Physics and Chemistry taken together including practical and theory exam. If you belong to PWD category then you must have scored minimum 45% aggregate marks in Biology/Bio-technology, Physics and Chemistry taken together including practical and theory exam. So by this you just need to pass in English subject along with PCB and score requisite marks as specified above as per your category to be eligible for NEET UG.
