ESI Medical College, Gulbarga is a Government Medical College affliated to Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences. It is not a Deemed University. As a matter of fact, its just not ESI Gulbarga, every ESI Medical College is a Government Medical College run by Ministry of Labour and Employment for wards of Insured Persons.
