Does EWS reservation shows any impact in getting admission in NIT or IIIT colleges and also to qualify for JEE advanced.

General category candidate meeting the required criteria of EWS category is entitled to 10 per cent reservation and hence the cut-offs marks will be lower for them in comparision to the other candidates not meeting the EWS criteria. All those cut-offs for various central funded government institutes will be a little lower as compared to the previous years.So this reservation is very much beneficial for the students.
