Does fee of Ambedkar institute of technology is low for BCA. Please tell?

BCA IN AMBEDKAR UNIVERSITY-
In the BCA program fees structure is 35000 every year. For first year fee is 40000 and second year fees is 35000 and third year fees is 35000 . No other expenses are to provide to the college . They can provide books free to the student in the college.
