Hello,

A good and experienced freelance writer in India can earn from 20,000 Rs to 25000 Rs per month, where beginner writers can earn from 8000 Rs to 10,000 Rs per month. However, salary also depends on the quality of your work or content that you are delivering to the client.

As per my knowledge,  you get money depending upon the quality of content you write for the company be it being a freelancer or being as a permanent employee in a company.  The more better the content will be the more money you may get.  Mainly the company checks on the plagiarism,  if you have more plagiarism, then you may get less paid or may sometimes get rejected by the company.

Hope you find this helpful.

Thank you!

Hi,

In India Freelancers get more payscale as compared to company employees

This is due to a number of factors. To begin with, freelancers often have low overhead, which means they do not have to pay for office space, electricity, water, internet, extra equipment, or employee insurance, as do enterprises; this is in addition to what we spend at home. Freelancers can work from anywhere with a laptop and an internet connection, and they don't have to pay rent. Consider a coffee shop: for the price of a cup of coffee and possibly a snack, you can rent an office for the day.

Second, if you work for a firm, you are likely to get employer-provided benefits such as health, dental, and paid vacation.

As a freelancer, you are responsible for 100% of your medical insurance costs and are not compensated for vacation time.

So, while it may appear that freelance fees are significantly higher, say $50 per hour compared to $18 per hour for an agency employee, you must analyse what it covers.

That being said, as a freelancer, you have far more influence over your capacity to earn more money than as an employee; it's entirely up to you how much you want to earn.

I hope this information is useful.

All the best

Hello student

hope you are doing great. As per your query  I would glad to tell you that both the things are good at their own place and have merits and demerits. In full time job you will get assured consistent fixed income every month but you have to work very hard and sometimes have to be answerable if anything goes wrong on the other hand in freelancing in start you have to work very very hard at small prices for buliding connections but yes once you have connections you definately start to recieve good amount of money in short period of time

Hope you found this answer helpful. Good luck for your future
