IBPS has not prescribed any minimum percentage requirement in graduation. You just need to have a graduation degree in any discipline from a recognized university/institute. Yes, if you are in your final year of graduation, then you can apply for the exam but if you are shortlisted for final recruitment process then you are required to submit all the required documents as per the prescribed date by the authorities.

To appear in IBPS PO Exam you only need a

graduation degree in any discipline from any recognized university.

If you in your final year of your
graduation, then also you can apply for the exam. But you must obtain your
degree at the time of Interview.

Along with the educational
qualification you should also satify other eligibility factors such as:
Nationality & Age Limit.

After satisfying all these three
factors, you will be eligible for the IBPS PO Exam.
