At present if you consider the official website of iiit surat there is no mention of any type of fee waiver for any category students and you will have to pay full fee whichever is applicable without any concession but yes you may apply for scholarships by your respective state governments also there are education loan facilities for such premier institutes so you may take that advantage as well also you may contact the administration regarding this they will help you better
