The campus recruitment drive is managed by the placement and career development division at the Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Calcutta. The IIM Calcutta Career Development and Placement Cell coordinates the student placement drive each year. IIM Calcutta's placement department organises and coordinates industrial visits to foster contact between the industry and the institution. On-campus internship programmes and training with an industrial focus are organised for the benefit of the students. Accenture, Aditya Birla Group, Amazon, Capgemini, Deloitte Consulting, Ernst & Young, Genpact, Google, HCL Technologies, Hindustan Unilever Limited, ICICI Bank, Mphasis, Times Group, and many other firms take part in the IIM Calcutta placement campaign.
