Hey there
MSc economics is not there in IIT Kharagpur of regular 2 years they offer a full integrated 5 year course for BTech and msc at IIT Kharagpur and students apply through JEE advanced. But there is an exam IIT jam which you can give to get into IIT Roorkee for msc economics.
