Hi,
It cant be said with absolute guarentee that you wont get a question in neet.. Their might be one question from this chapter.
Mostly such questions are asked in aiims n jipmer.
You can go through the chapter. Just read it a few times.
No need to spend much time over it cz physics proves to be difficult for neet aspirants. So focus on chapters with more weightage like kinematics, eletroatatics, modern physics, optics etc.

If u do these thoroughly.. It should be enough. But sinxe its a nation wide exam the more questions u solve the better. Try to solve previous year papers and try writting as many full tests as possible. It helps with ur confidence which is quite important.
