integrated bsc BEd course is 4 years courses But if you separately do  Bsc course will take 3 years and a B.Ed course will take 2 years and thats a total of 5 years. But both almost  contains same syllabus. If you are determined to become teacher then integrated courses is best . If you are aiming for private job then you can separately.

As far my knowledge integrated bsc BEd course is not less preferred for government teacher job . It is consider as equal to  BSC B.ED

There is no such thing as integrated BSc-BEd hold any less relevance or significance compared to doing BSc or any other graduate degree and BEd separately, in fact pursuing integrated BSc-BEd saves one-two years depending upon the discipline and full duration of your graduation, there ate many top Institute such as RIEs are premier educational institutions regarding this, admission is done through CEE conducted by NCERT, various central universities offer BSc-BEd, and even private universities like Sharda University, LPU, Amity University to name a few.
