Does integrated M.Tech. have same value in the IT industry as 4yrs B.Tech. followed by 2yrs M.Tech.?

Yes, Dual - Degree program is equal to doing B. Tech and M. Tech separately. They have a perk that this will save you one year of your time and you can start your job earlier or do anything else. There is no such thing that Dual - Degree programs are not as good as doing them separately.
