Yes, each and every college under IPU charges a University fee of 40,000 per year from the students. This fee is additional to the tuition fees. This fee is charged for the services provided by the university, like counselling, admission, exams, University event e.t.c.
The tuition fees are charged by the college for their functioning, like maintenance, Professors, etc.
These fees differ from college to college depending upon the facilities they provide.
