Does it make any difference whether student is appearing through hsc or cbse board for calculation of percentile of mhtcet?

No, it may not differ why because the Grade of CGPA will be converted to percentage by using a formula so the Authorities have their own measures and scale to measure the percentage which a candidate obtained. It will be unfair if the percentage differ from one board to another board.
