Hi
Yes, jee mains and advance follows NCERT syllabus of class 11th and 12th for physics chemistry and mathematics.
So, you can follow NCERT to prepare for your JEE mains and advanced examination but yes you can not completely rely on NCERT for your preparation as although ncert books are good for clearing basic concepts but the problem is NCERT is a bit difficult to understand as there are not many examples given in NCERT ,also many things are not there in a detailed manner which makes it difficult to understand concepts. One more thing is when it comes to highly competitive examinations like JEE then you have to practice a lot of questions and a variety of questions but here NCERT lags as it doesn't have many numericals and mcqs and doesn't have a wide variety of questions to practice, also many tricky questions are asked in JEE but NCERT doesn't cover the type of questions. So, to perform well in your JEE you need to follow others books as well in addition to NCERT
