Hi Sarthak ! My answer to this question is absolutely no. I am telling it you from my personal experience. Same thing happened with me and they didn't refund it to me. Instead they just returned me the caution money when it is not in rule. So hope they may get change for you and best of luck to you.

Once you take admission, and decide not to pursue in KIIT, you will be refunded 50% of the deposited money depending on which field you are opting for. I hope the same is applicable now.
But, I would suggest you to call the authority and ask for their help. They'll tell you everything in details. I hope this helps you, good luck!
