Yes there are some of the good colleges which you can target for MBA through PGCET, however for this your ranking should be in between 1000-1500 to get into any of these-
a) Alliance Business Academy, Bangalore
b) Acharya Institute of Technology, Bangalore
c) BMS College of Engineering, Bangalore
d) St Joseph Engineering College, Mangalore
e) MIT World Peace University, Pune
