Hello
Firstly I must address that by MBBS in abroad you mean countries like Russia, China etc. In the US, you cannot apply to medical colleges without a bachelors degree.
Moving on, MBBS abroad is quite light on the pockets as compared to private MBBS colleges in India. However there is a lot of linguistic barrier, racism and of course the adjustment issues. Not to forget, if you want to practice in India after that, you need to clear an exit exam and presently the passing rate in that exam is horrifyingly low. However if you clear it, yes you can practice and will be regarded as the same level as any Indian Medical Graduate.
MBBS in India is more grilling and specially in case of government institutions, students learn how to manage all sorts of situations even without the availability of fancy devices. As a student pursuing MBBS from a government college in India I can tell you that it is worth the effort that it takes to land here. You know best what kind of diseases are prevalent in your country (eg- TB won’t be taught anywhere in as much detail as we are taught). It does count in the long run.
Summing up, give it your best shot. Abroad is a good option if private colleges are out of the affording capacity. If you want to settle abroad itself, then it is a better option.
Hope that answers you. Good luck!
