Does mhtcet exam for engineering, makes rank list considering both test and boards results or just test ?

Kindly read the information given in The link above patiently. For any entrance exam they don't consider your boards marks. The results declared by Mhtcet are from 0 to 100 percentile. Also the percentile is provided on the basis of Entrance exam performance only.
