The difficulty level of JEE is high in the comparision of MHT CET. MHT CET mostly focus on HSC board pattern (class 12, maharashtra board) . Whereas JEE focus on both 11 & 12 syllabus of CBSE & you should have deep knowledge of the subjects for this exam because the questions are not based only NCERT books.

Here are some important tips you can follow:

You should be well aware about your HSC syllabus and topics covered in the textbooks. Most of the questions asked in this exam are based on the theories, definitions and concepts based on HSC syllabus. So prepare well and cover all the topics related to that subject.

Solve papers to understand your strong & weak points and strategise accordingly.
Try to formulate tricks for particular type of questions which you find time-consuming because MHT-CET is a test of your speed as well.

Divide your time well among all the subjects. All the subjects all equally important and need full attention to score high in the exam.

Try to solve as much MCQ as you can once you prepare the topic well. Many students do not score well in the CET exam despite of preparing well and this is because they are not familiar of the MCQ format of answering.

Good Luck!

MHT CET and JEE level is different. JEE level is high then MHT CET.

In order to prepare for MHT CET make sure you are aware of the syllabus and exam pattern. You can refer previous year papers to understand the exam pattern and level of exam. Physics needs the most practice, so focus on all the numericals and conceptual parts. Chemistry is where you can score easy as long as you are good with the molecular equations and other basic concepts. Mathematics needs lots of practice, so concentrate more on hyperbola, parabola and rectangular parabola, trigonometry, vectors, 3D and integral calculus. Brush up those short cuts that will help you save some precious time in the exam.

You should focus on important topics you can solve MCQs for your practice. You can solve as many as mock test series to analyze your preparation level and to know your strength and weakness.

All the Best!!
