In colleges reimbursement depends on rank you secured. Caste certificate and income certificate are the things that fetch you help to some extent, but entire reimbursement in top colleges is not possible if you haven't secured rank below 10000.

No, the minority students do not get full fee reimbursement in btech. But they do get some percent of it. Also it depends on for what purpose it has to be given and whether it is through the college or of some personal wish. You may contact you college higher authorities to know more about the fee reimbursement.
