Yes, of course if you want to get into NIT'S , 12th percentage matters, you should have 75% marks in your boards exam or you should be in top 20 percentile for general category and 65% marks for SC/ST.

For NATA you need 50% minimum marks in your 12th class with mathematics as your compulsory subject to apply for architecture.



It depends on different college guidelines, some colleges only require more then 50% marks in 12th and valid NATA score. Some colleges takes 50:50 score of nata and 12th or 60:40 jee and 12th. So this all depends upon college guidelines.
