Nawaz you reached the the college that you prefer to pursue this year there you will be e ask to submit the form and the documents and  your admission will be confirmed after the fee submission .

So you have to to cancel admission from the previous college to to take admission in the New Delhi University College.

Process to fill the application form of Delhi University:

You will be able to fill and submit the application form through online mode only.

No, considering you have already studied for a year in DU and want to re-start your admission, you will have to cancel your admission for the last year, and then apply for a fresh year including your reasons for the same.

Again, if you have taken a sabbatical, the same method applies.

So, yes, do cancel your earlier admission and then go ahead. Good luck.

You just have to write an application to your college principal, who will redirect you to the University Chancellor.

Just keep in mind that fees will not be refunded.
