MNC mainly look those skills in you which will benefit their Company. PCM marks won't matter much when you have done well in your Engineering and you are sound in your technical knowledge.

Some companies like WIPRO and Accenture set PCM marks as cutoff to shortlist students in their first round. You can work in any company in the beginning and then after gaining experience you can apply in TOP MNCs with that experience certificate.
