However, the basic eligibilty criteria for admission to BPT are a 50 percent or more in 10+2 with physics, chemistry, biology, and English as mandatory subjects.
So, for BPT admission, you must pass 10+2 and, if necessary, an entrance exam, which differs per university.

Yes, one of the exams that you can give for BPT admissions is NEET. Not all college accept NEET but there are many that accept it. Depending on the college you want you have to write the exam. Bachelor of Physiotherapy or BPT is an undergraduate programme that deals with the structure of the human body. The duration of this course is four years. Candidates should have passed 10+2 with a minimum of 50 percent marks from a recognized institute and should have completed 10+2 having Physics, Chemistry, and Biology as compulsory subjects.
