According to the eligibility criteria given by the college which is as follows:'The course is open to anyone who has completed Higher Secondary/Intermediate (10+2) or any other test recognised as equivalent.'
This suggests that the college might accept diploma students though it is better to enquire prior so that there are no confusions later.
I would therefore request you to contact the college in person to assure they accept diploma candidates
