Yes, NIT Srinagar accept RBA category certificate. In Jammu and Kashmir, about 10%. seats are reserved for RBA category. Earlier the percentage of reservation was quit more than this but due to some reasons,it was cut off to 10% .
NIT Srinagar is one of the premier education Institute in the Northern Part . To get into NIT Srinagar,first you need to give entrance exam. After the exam, cutoff list is released.
If you clear the cut off, you can participate in JoSAA counseling for allotment of seat in particular stream. You can compete in counseling process under the RBA category.
