Dear Aspirant


No it doesn't effect on your rank because Caste certificate is not required during the filling of application form of neet it will be required during the admission procedure once you get allotted a college(counselling ). You will have to fill your caste during application form from which you want to opt seat like OBC (non creamy layer)
