Hello Aspirant,
NMIMS NPAT is an entrance exam for engineering conducted for some private institutes.
No government college comes under NPAT. The following 3 engineering colleges accept NPAT. There only 5 colleges in India which accept NMAT out of which 3 are engineering colleges.

Mukesh Patel School of Technology Management and Engineering
SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies.
