does nta discard my application form if i have not ews certificate, but i mention as ews. or they keep me in general

There is time in counseling round of Jee main. Counseling start from mid of june.

As you fill the EWS ,you should make EWS certificate from tahsildar of your area before counseling round start means before june.

It is a new type of reservation that the Govt. has come up with . So putting into force will take time. But all these candidates need for this EWS certificate is 3 documents: Date of birth, nativity certificate and income certificate. The Tehsildar will issue the certificate. This is the process.



You will need these 3 documents:



1. DOCUMENTS FOR DATE OF BIRTH: You have to provide any of the mentioned documents as said above in the article body.



*Birth certificate under the Birth. Death and Marriage Certificate Act. 1969.



*Hospital/Auxiliary urse and Midwife.(ANM) register record.



*Anganwadi Record.



*Declaration of age of the child by the parents or guardian.



2. DOCUMENTS FOR PROOF OF PRESENT RESIDENTIAL ADDRESS:-



*Ration card in the name of Parents having name of the Child in Ration card.



*Domicile certificate of child or his/her parents.. .



*Voter I card of any of the parents.



*Electricity Bill/MTNL telephone bill/Water bill.



*Unique Identity Card (Aadhar) of Mother/Father/Child issued by Govt. of India.





3. DOCUMENTS FOR PROOF OF ECONOMICALLY WEAKER SECTION (EWS):-



*Income. certificate issued by ae Revenue Officer not below the rank of Tehsildar(Important)



*BPL Ration Card (Yellow coloured)



*AAY Ration Card (pink coloured)



*Food Security card.issued by Food & supply Dept.(GNCT of Delhi)



My suggestion for you is to fill the EWS if you belongs in this category because if you not fill EWS at this moment you cant do after and make you EWS certificate from Tahsildar before June before the counseling round start.
