Hello there,
You don't need to worry. If there was any problem, NTA would have notified you about that. If you haven't received any notification or email regarding this, you don't have to worry. NTA will never cancel your application without notifying you.

Moreover, this won't be an issue during your examination, you will get your admit card, and can sit for the exam. If you wish, you can send an email to the helpline email id provided by the authorities regarding your queries. But this matter doesn't create a problem, so you need not to be worried.
