NTA doesn't differentiate between Creamy layer and non creamy layer in NEET. Overall there is 27% reservation for OBCs including CL and NCL. The difference between creamy layer and non creamy layer is the financial income. But in NEET, there is no difference between CL and NCL of OBCs. So General Category will have higher cut offs than OBC. For example, General Category aspirants need 50 percentile of top NEET score to qualify in NEET while OBC aspirants need 40 percentile.
