does one need to qualify ICAR in order to get into a agricultural university?

Yeah ICAR(Indian Council for Agriculture and Research),Conducts Entrance Exam to take admission in Bachleors and Masters or PH.D programs in Agriculture Science.So if you want to Take admission in Good Central University for Agriculture.It has good Placements,Infrastrusture,Faculties and Exposure in this Field Like other Indian Universities.So Go for it i highly recommend this.
