Does pec conduct its own test for mtech cse or it considers gate scores only?

PEC get admission on the basis of GATE rank.
different opening and closing marks for Computer Science Engineering are as follows-
General - open marks- 738 close marks-521
SC- open marks-457 close marks-314
ST- open marks-294 close marks-255
