Practical marks is added in total of that subjects which is having practicals which is further used for calculating percentage of class 12th board exams.
And yes of course It is considered in eligibility criteria of BITSAT.You need to have atleast 75% aggregate marks in class 12th board exams in pcm in order to appear for BITSAT.
