Hello Aspirant.

The answer to your question is Yes, colleges like DU or Christ University offer course of B.sc economics with maths and statistics to a commerce student.

Their only requirement is that the candidate must have Maths in his/her class 12th and must have scored atleast a decided (by the college) score in that subject.
