Does private college play round 4 cap engineering.if not what does they do to fill there vacant seats.

Hello Piyush Dave,
The private college management do not conduct any business of counselling .
If any seats are vacant in the private college they will be filled that seat with management quota but no private college conducts the counselling for allocating seats
